Your excess is part of your Policy and needs to be collected. If you have trouble paying this, please call the Service Centre as we may have a number of alternative solutions available to you.
Yes, you can choose to replace with any flooring/item up to the value of the claimed item. However, you will also have the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive discounts offered to your Insurance Company for any additional items/flooring or accessories that you may require.
Yes, the room needs to be cleared. If you need assistance our Renew Inspector will be able to discuss your options further.
A visit will take approximate between 40 to 90 minutes, during this time the Renew Inspector will complete his report which includes measuring and validating the claimed item, and may also include restoration.
Subject to approval: The Renew Inspector carries a large selection of flooring samples to choose from on his vehicle and these will be made available to you during the visit.
Once you have made a selection, our Retail Partner will contact you to introduce themselves and arrange a fitting date once the goods/items are in stock. The Retail Partner and/or the Service Centre will keep you updated throughout the claim.
Once the goods have been ordered from the Manufacturer, there is likely to be a restocking and cancellation charge. This cost varies depending on the product and manufacturer, but will need to be paid should you wish to change or cancel your order.
