Who are Renew?
Renew manages your claim on behalf of your Insurer.
We will validate and attempt restoration if possible. Where restoration is not practical, we look to replace up to the value of the claimed item (subject to approval).
What am I covered for?
Anything that is damaged directly as a result of the Incident you are claiming for. However, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of exclusive discounts offered to your Insurer for any additional items or accessories.
How do I pay my excess?
We are asked to collect the excess by your Insurance Company as part of the claim. We accept card payments and can take this before or during the visit. There are alternative arrangements available if you are unable to pay your excess, please call the Service Centre to discuss further.
